Honorable Councilmen, I offer this moment to pause — Case No. CV2100112

Case No. CV2100112

Re: An important moment.

City Council decision, at hand, will inform my response.

Nothing which is done or maintained under the express authority of a statute can be deemed a nuisance.

Honorable Councilmen,

I offer this moment to pause — to review our relationships, legal positions, expenses paid, expenses anticipated, and to ask the CITY OF TRINIDAD Councilmen to reconsider their motivations and review our litigation before proceeding.

Since our first Court Hearing

Since our first Court Hearing,

I’ve continued seeking heartfelt reconciliation with our

CITY OF TRINIDAD government.

City of Trinidad Councilman Consideration Letter 2021 and Context 😁

“My name is Allison Wines, I’m a senior program manager in our developer tools division. I’m an Asian white female, with dark brown hair, wearing a red sleeveless top.”  Another video shows two employees, Nic Fillingham and Natalia Godyla, also introducing themselves by stating their pronouns, race, and hairstyle. Here’s Nic:

“I’m Nic Fillingham, I’m a Caucasian man with glasses and a beard, I go by he/him, and I’m a security evangelist here at Microsoft.”
