On the merits, as a matter of logic, the CITY OF TRINIDAD temporary restraining order against me has been a malicious miscarriage of truth, trust, and law.
It was obviously some sick strategy, a planned legal maneuver, to restrict my access to City staff as the City sued my business last year — see Humboldt County Superior Case No. CV2100112
With goals of smearing my character and damaging me politically . . . they have done neither.
Truth is coming out.
The City’s politically motivated waste of tens of thousands of our City’s tax dollars is being exposed.
I’m grateful for the Court’s help with my settlement leading to the City dismissing this case today.
I look forward to the Court’s help with the next case, too.
